We size the job across the fleet rather than forcing it into one vehicle. Three minibuses moving in convoy often beats one coach that cannot reach the venue.
Half of Malta's villages will not take a full-size coach. We know which ones, and plan the drop-off accordingly.
Larger jobs get a named contact who holds the whole schedule — not a different dispatcher each call.
Corporate and event bookings are billed properly in advance, so nobody is counting cash on a coach step.
